Land Sales

Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., report having sold, on account of Mr A. VV. Rodger section 2L of the Birchwood subdivision, containing 238 acres of freehold land fronting tlie Morley stream at £8 10s per acre, to Mr Stephen Mills, of Orepuki. _ Also on account of |the same vendor, section 19 of Birchwood Estate, containing 311 acres, fronting the Nightcaps-Birohwood road at £8 10s per acre, to Mr A. E. Porteous, of Lochiel.

There are now only seven sections available at Birchwood, and it is expected that these will be sold soon.
