COASTAL BASKETBALL
TARANAKI REP. TEAM MISS PAT MALONE Miss Pat Malone, Riverlea, is the sole Coastal representative in the Taranaki team to take part in the Dominion Basketball tournament and against the Australians at New Plymouth next Saturday and a sports writer has the following remarks to ' make about her play: ‘Tat Malone well deserves her inclusion in this year’s representative team, being a forward of considerable merit. She is an accurate goal thrower and comes out well to support the centres.”
