rev. J. m. Mckenzie *►' PRESBYTERIAN SEll VICE Special services will be conducted, at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church on Sunday next at 7 p.m., and on Thursday, June 29, bv the Rev. J. M. MeKenzie, 8.A., L 1.8., assistant director of Missions who, in company with others associated with this branch of the work of the Church, is on a visit to Tarana- • ki. Mr. MeKenzie is a New Zealander and received all his training in this country. He was Bible Class Travelling Secretary in 1916, and he served his country in the Great War in the ranks. On his return, he did Home Mission work in the Far North of New Zealand in preparation for Lis work in China where he spent eleven years. Returning to the Dominion, he was called to St. Paul's, Oamaru, where he ministered with distinction until being appointed as assistant director of Missions. He has all

round qualifications for filling such an important post, combined with experience in all its branches.
