Mac Ewan and Co., Ltd. v. H. Hardwidge, £1 Is !)d: and J. M. Murplvv v. Peg King £lO.

In judgment summons cases orders were made as follows: Matthew Mulligan to pay the Opnnake Harbour Board £0 Its lOd forthwith, and George A. Thomas to pay the Opnnake Harbour Board £8 Os B)d with costs 15s Gd forthwith, the default in each case to be seven days' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended on payment of 10s a month. H. Bickering was ordered to pay Hector Parkes £8 3s Gd with costs 15s Gd forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment the warrant to be suspended on payment of 10s a week. j. Litchwark appeared and was examined in respect to a judgment summons for £2 10s issued by B. F. Bowman, for whom Mr. C. O. Edmonds appeared. The magistrate made an order for +hc payment of the amount forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended on payment of 2s a week.
