OKATO FOOTBALL CLUB
THE ANNUAL BALL. NEXT THURSDAY NIGHT. The Okato Football Club is holding its annual ball next Thursday night in the Hempton Hall. For several seasons this function has been the, outstanding social event of the year, and the committee are leaving no stone unturned to make this an even greater success than those held in the past. A record crowd is expected and full arrangements have been made to ensure dancing enthusiasts throughout Taranaki, of a tip-top evenirfg’s entertainment.
Yinsen’s Ambassadors will be in attendance, and they alone, with their clever interpretations of all the latest musical' hits, are worth going- a long way to hear. Novelty dances are a feature of the programme, and these, combined with a glassy floor and a real lively M.C., will all help to keep the fun going.. . The prices are within reach of all, while free buses are running from Opunake and New Plymouth. So pack up your troubles catch the bus and come to Okato on Thursday night, August 18.
