EUCHRE PARTY

KAWEORA CAMP. f Last Friday flight d very enjoyable euchre party and dance was held in the dining hall of the single men’s camp on the Kaweora Road. The hall was nicely decorated by the social committee of the camp and a large fire was kept going which added to the comfort of those playing euchre. There was a large attendance, about fifty being present, patrons coming from near and far. The prizes for euchre were won by Mrs. Richardson and Mr. J. Burke. Supper was served after the euchre and then the floor was fil- f led with dancers. Everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves. Mr. Y. C. Anderso*-. carried out the duties of M.C. . Everyone is looking forward to the next euchre party and dance to be held at the camp in. We understand, two weeks’ time. The road right back into the camp is in good order.
