Nominations to be accompanied by statement of performances for the past two years, or if none during that period three last performances to be given. HANDICAPS will be published in the Opunake Times on or about December 14. All events to start punctually at time appointed by committee. Acceptances to be paid not later than 11 a.m. on the day of the sports. Acceptances for Chopping to be in by Friday, December 21. Competitors must enter under their true names, and at the time of entry must disclose all other names under which they have at anytime performed. Competitors will not be allowed to run unless in proper costume. Protests must be in writing, and must be lodged in the hands of the Secretary within ten minutes of the declaration of the judge’s decision; each protest must be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum shall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee, whose decision shall be final. The Committee reserve the right to postpone the sports should the weather prove unpropitious. Band in attendance. Admission: Adults, Is ; children under 12, 6d.
