Wedding Bells.

On last Wednesday, at Okato, Mr J. P. Murphy was united in the bonds of matrimony to Miss Coffey, of Rahotu, the Very Rev, Father Cognet, S.M., officiating. The bride looked charming, dressed in a pretty pale blue dress with cream vest, and handsomely trimmed. She wore the customary Tiridal veil and wreath of orange blossoms, and carried a very handsome bouquet. Miss Rothery was bridesmaid, and was very tastefully dressed in pale blue and cream. Mr P. Duggan was best man. The bride was given away by her father, Mr Andrew Coffey, After the wedding ceremony the bridal party drove to Mr A. O’Donnell’s, where a very sumptuous wedding breakfast was laid. About 60 guests assembled, and the usual loyal and other toasts were duly given and responded to.
