To constitute the Opua Special Eating District, comprising the following lands, viz., Sections 55, 54, 53, 7, 5, 3 and 1, all of Block IX., Opunake Survey District, and Sections 4,5, 6 and 7, Native Reserve, Block IX., Opunake Survey District. A Si WAIM ATE ROAD BOARD. SPECIAL ORDER RE WATINO ROAD PROPOSED LOAN OF £4OO. WHEREAS at a special meeting of the Board held on Wednesday, 6th November, 1895, a resolution to the following effect was adopted ; “ That to secure repayment of a Loan of £IOO (and interest thereon), raised under ‘ The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act 1886,’ for the purpose of draining, forming, and metalling the Watino Road, from the Elthamßoad, to a point one chain below the Railway Reserve, a Special Annual Recurring Rate of IJd in the £ for a period of twenty-six (26) years, be made and levied over the Watino Road Special Rating Area, comprising the following Sections, 76, 77, 78, 79, and 81, Block XI; and 13, 15, 16, Block XIY, all in the Opunake Survey District. Such rate to be payable, if required, in one instalment, on the Ist day of January, in each year of the aforesaid period,” Notice is hereby given, that the said resolution will be confirmed at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held on Wednesday, the 11th day of December, 1895, at 11 a.m., and thereupon the special order shall take effect.
