Opunake Cemetery Trustees.
A meeting of the above was held on Friday, 2nd November. Present— Messrs H. H. Sc-ccombe (chairman), Newman, Pettigrew, Mann, and Pepperill. Resolved that applications be called for right of grazing for horses only in the Cemetery Reserve. Resolved that notice be given to Mr Carroll terminating his agreement for grazing reserve. Resolved that Messrs Seccombe and Peppcrill be a works committee.
Resolved that a circular be sent to all holders of plots in the cemetery requesting a subscription of 10s per year towards engaging a caretaker. Resolved that applications be called immediately for the office of Sexton and Caretaker for year ending 81st December, 1895.
