The Wellington Suburbs Election — The rival claims of Messrs Wilson and Kirk, the two Government candidates for the Suburban seat, have been referred to an Arbitration Board of four members. No reply has yet been received from the Government by the deputation which recently waited on the Premier with regard to the Bisley team.
