COMING .VISIT TO DISTRICT

ARRANGEMENTS FOR' WEDNESDAY.

The Hon. W. Fr.iser, Minister ot Public Wdu!»s .in.l Mines, who is coming to the disUit.t to officially open the Paeroa-Netheiton Bridge, will arrive in Paeroa to-morrow afternoon. On arrival he will be met by the County Chairman (Mr H. M. Corbett) and taken to Tirohia to the site of the proposed bridge over the Waihou River. In the evening he will dine with the County Chairman and a few others. On . Wednesday morning deputations will be received in the County Chambers at ten o'clock, after which the Minister and a small party will proceed by launch up the Waihou River. Here luncheon will be partaken of, and afterwards the journey to the bridge will be made, the official opening taking place at three o'clock. j The Minister will be entertained, in the evening at half-past six o'clock at a complimentary dinner in the Criterion Hotel. I *Netherton people intend to celebrate 1 the official opening of the bridge by a luncheon in the Netherton Hall on Wednesday at one o'clock, for. which a large number of invitations have been issued. .
