CHARITABLE BEQUEST

Conditions Clarified By Court PA NEW PLYMOUTH, Dec. 22. A bequest of £3600 made by Clara Emily Mary Bingham will go to the New Plymouth Council for Social Service Incorporated if before 1962 it provides a home for aged women, and if no other charitable home for aged women is previously set up. This is the effect of a reserved judgment by Mr Justice Hay released to-day. His ruling follows the hearing *at the last session of the New Plymouth Supreme Court of an application by the Public Trustee, who is the executor of the estate, for clarification of Mrs Bingham’s will.
