N ZP A—Copyright VATICAN CITY, Dec. 21. Pope Pius will say midnight Mass on Christmas Eve in the Basilica of St. Peter. This will be the last solemn ceremony of the jubilee holy year of the Roman Catholic Church. The Pope will formally close the holy year on Sunday by laying the first bricks to wall up the holy door of St. Peter’s through which 3,000.000 pilgrims have passed in the past 12 months.
