Action To Restrain Official Receiver Fails

Rec. 11 p.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 22. The Supreme Court today rejected the application by the Australian section of the Amalgamated Engineering Union to restrain the Official Receiver from operating on its bank accounts. The receiver was appointed by the New South Wales Industrial Commission after the union failed to pay a fine of £SOO for participating in an illegal strike.
