NZPA—Copyright Rec. 8.10 p.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 14. A stop-work meeting of seamen in Sydney today decided to impose industrial sanctions to enforce the log of claims served on the ship owners. To become effective, the decision must be endorsed by the majority of Australian seamen, but indications are that it will be adopted at most stopwork meetings being held'today in all ports in Australia except Tasmania.
