Applications For Licences
The Dunedin District Committee yesterday recommended applications for licences as follows—Trainers: D. F. O’Connell, Wingatui (provisional); S. J. Algie, Dunedin (provisional). Apprentice jockey: D. M. Fraser (restricted to apprentice races up to and including February 16, 1951). , The granting of amateur riders certificates to W. E. Webber and K. MacKenzie, as recommended by the committee, was notified by the Racing Conference.
