United States Suspends Passport Visas NZPA--Copyright WASHINGTON, Oct. 13. American consular officials all over the world have been ordered to suspend temporarily passport visas issued to aliens planning to enter the United States. The State Department issued the order to permit a recheck of individual records because of the tight new. internal security law which bars the entry of aliens who have been at any time members of the Communist “or other totalitarian” parties.
