ANNIVERSARY FUNCTION

An attendance of over 100, including the Provincial Deputy Grand Master, Bro. J. H. E. Smith, Prov. C.S. Bro. W. Hall-Masters, several foundation members and representatives of about 10 visiting lodges was present at the twenty-first Lodge. The lodge was founded in October, 1929. The visitors were the guests at a banquet. The birthday cake was given by Sis. Snook, E. Hanley and E. Kidd, the candles lit by P.G. Sis. Pinder and Vincent, and extinguished by N.G. Sis. A. Hay. During the evening N.G. Sis. Hay presented a past officer’s certificate to P.G. Sis. Ballantyne, and items were given by P.G. Sis. M. Christie and Sis. Maynard. The evening concluded with a dance, music being supplied by Bro. T. Cox, with N.G. Bro. H. B. Newson as M.C.
