Change Of Venue For Caledonian Gaines
The annual Otago Caledonian Games to be held next March will be on the same lavish scale as in the past, but with one important difference. No longer will the old-timers be able to say they are going “ oot to the Cale,” as the games next year are to be held at Carlsbrook. The change of venue is due solely to the grandstand at the Caledonian Ground being condemned for use by the City Council.
