PA WELLINGTON. Oct. 6. The Estimate votes passed in the House of Representatives today were: Treasury, £391,464 (£380,668 expended last vear); Army Department, £5,992,(370 (£2,609,409): Public Trustee’s Account, £553,544 (£520,747); Navy Department, £3,113,901 (£3,138,223).
