Last week’s teams match, with three players to each team, was won. by Mesdames McEwan, Ritchie and Frame with a net score of 232. At the Waimate tournament last Thursday, Mrs Paul won the net medal afternoon round on a count back. In the Mary Orbell Cup, Miss Lister (owe five strokes) beat Mrs Ritchie 3 up, and Miss Brotherston (rec. three strokes), beat Mrs Paul 2 up. The best C Grade cards in the first medal round of the special trophy were those of Mrs Hunter and Mrs Mitchell (117), and Miss Perneskie (121).
