FOURTH TEST
' Appointment Of Referee PA WELLINGTON, July 24. The chairman of the-New Zealand Rugby Union, Mr A. St. G. Belcher, announced tonight that Mr G. Sullivan, of Taranaki, who controlled the British Isles-Auckland match on Saturday, had been appointed referee for the fourth test in Auckland on Saturday.
