TAKINGS AT RUGBY MATCH
PA PALMERSTON, N., July 15. The final figures for the takings at the Rugby match, British Isles v. Ma-nawatu-Horowhenua, at Palmerston North last Wednesday, were £3395. This amount constitutes the highest gross takings outside the four main centres, and is particularly pleasing considering the match was played in mid-week.
