Income Of Northland Dairy Factories PA WHANGAREI. Apl. 4. The income for the suppliers of 12 Northland dairy factories for March will be nearly £300,000 less than in the same month last year. Drought conditions are responsible. This calculation is based on the details of production for 12 factories, which made 1259 tons of butter in the month, against 2485 tons in March last year, a ton of butter being estimated to be worth £238. For the season to date the figures for butter made total 24,211 tons, against 24,304 last year.
