FAUX TIRAGE WILL NOT RACE THIS SEASON
It has been announced that the English importation, Faux Tirage, will not race at Riccarton this Easter. He was weighted at 9.11, or 31b below Ballochmyle. in the Great Easter Handicap. Although he has been in work for some time, Faux Tirage is a lazy worker, and his owner, Mr T. C. Lowry, does not consider it possible that he will be ready for racing this season. He is the highest-priced stallion brought to this country, and his appearance in a race was being keenly awaited.
