Sutcliffe’s Visit To Oamaru B. Sutcliffe, the Otago cricket coach, has had more than his fair share of the game this week. After the three-day unofficial test match against Australia at Dunedin on Monday',' he travelled- to Oamaru on Tuesday to assist in training North Otago teams. On Tuesday night he commenced his programme with a coaching class at Takaro Park. On Wednesday morning he visited the Waitaki Boys’ High School, where the inter-schbol cricket matches between the Waitaki and Christchurch Boys’ High Schools’ first and second elevens were in progress, and in the afternoon he paid a visit to St. Kevin’s College. Last night he spoke to local cricketers of his experiences with the New Zealand team in England. Todav Sutcliffe will play for an Otago eleven in a representative match against North Otago at the Waitaki Boys’ High School. He will return to Dunedin with the team tonight.
