PERSONAL
Lieutenant-colonel Charles “Duncan, newly-appointed chief secretary of the Salvation Army in New Zealand, will arrive in Dunedin on February 18. Colonel Duncan served for many years in Australia as a field and divisional officer, specialising in youth work. Mrs Duncan, who will accompany her husband, has been very active in every branch of women’s activity.
