MILK BOARD MILK

Sir,—Of all the piffle and tommy rot written by some correspondent?, those letters on the" subject of milk surely win the prize. As regards bottled milk, this dissatisfaction exists almost solely in people’s imagination. I have proved this conclusively many times, and always with the following results: —Persons who have been .-given bottled pasteurised milk to taste have described it as “ positively rotten,” yet when they have sampled the same milk from the same bottle in the belief that it was raw milk they have been enthusiastic over its good quality. During the last two years at least I have yet to find a bottle of milk that is of poor quality even the day after delivery.—l am, etc., Realist.
