THE RAINFALL
Mr F. G. Russell, Till street, reports that 23 points of rain fell up to 9 a.m. to-day, and a further 14 points fell before 1.30 p.m., making a total of 222 points to date this month. Shortly after mid-day yesterday 115 points of rain fell in 25 minutes at Incholme.
