ST. CLAIR LADIES’ GOLF CLUB
FINAL MATCH OF SEASON The closing day of the 1949 season was held by the St. Clair Ladies’ Golf Club on Tuesday. Owing to heavy rainfall, the afternoon matches had to be abandoned A Medal Match played in the morning resulted:— A Grade.—Mrs E. Lucas 84 —13—71 (reduces to 12), Miss B. Clarke 86—13—73 (reduces to 12). B Grade.—Mrs McPherson 93—19 —74. Miss D. Gray 96—21—75. C Grade. —Putting: Mrs A. Jefferson. Long drive: Mrs Davies. Prizes were presented to winners of various competitions held during the year.
