LONDON WOOL SALES
The Bank of New Zealand produce department has received the following cablegram from its London office undei date December 1: „ “ The London wool sales continue The strong competition has been maintained, with the Continent operating to greater effect. Compared with last week, greasy merinos are generally up 5 per cent. All New Zealand wools are in the sellers favour.” , , The Bank or New South Wales has received the following cablegram from its London office under the date December ■'The London wool sales continue with strong all-round competition. Best merinos are slightly dearer, and medium crossbred is in sellers’ favour. All other sorts are very firm.”
