A. S. Paterson An interim dividend of 2\ per cent, is payable by A. S. Paterson and Co. at present. Midland Motorways Midland Motorways advise that a 5 per cent, dividend on cumulative preference shares was paid on November 30, 1949. Union Steam Ship Company A final dividend of 23 per cent, on preferencc shares of the Union Steam Snip Company (NZ), Ltd., is payable on December 17, 1949. Felt and Textiles, Australia An interim dividend of 3 per cent, on second preference shares is payable on January 1, 1950, by Felt and Textiles, Australia, Ltd. (Ex-diVidend. December 16, 1949.) Ballins Brewerips A final dividend of 4 per cent, on fully paid shares, making 7 per cent, for the year ended September 30. 1949, and a dividend at the rate of 7 per cent, per annum on capital paid up in contributing shares for the year ended September 31, 1949, have been declared by Ballins Breweries Both dividends are payable on January 31, 1950.
