RUSSIA’S MILITARY STRENGTH
WASHINGTON, Rec. 9 p.m. Oc!. 15. General Omar Bradley declared to-day that Russia could put 502 divisions into combat in a few months. General Bradley, chairman of the joint cMefs-of-staff, was addressing the Senate Appropriations Committee, which is considering the Appropriations Bill to provide 1,314,010,000 dollars in cash and contract authority to carry out the Foreign Arms Aid Programme. General Bradley said the Soviet now had 175 divisions ready for action backed up by 16,000 planes.
