Rich Crude Oil Deposit In Alsace
Rec. 9 p.m. PARIS. Sept. 27. A rich crude oil deposit discovered at Soultz-Sous-Foret, in Alsace, will increase French output by one-third, the Pechelbronn Company claimed today. The initial yield of 1000 tons a day exceeded that of most European and American oil wells. The company is seeking American financial backing to develop the find.
