Douglas-Clifford made his third sale in a week when Pyne, Gould, Guinness passed on for him a two-year-old filly by Wild Chase from Duss Parade. The buyer, Mr A. L. Aubrey, also owns the filly’s threer year-old half-brother, the Battle Song gelding Pageant, a promising stayer In J. C. Hobbs’s stable at Oamaru.
