ROYAL CHIEF YOUNGSTER

Royal Script, who ran fifth in the Autumn Two-year-old Handicap at the Ashburton County Racing Club’s meeting last week, was making his first appearance. Royal Script was bred at the Mount Barker Stud, Wanaka, by Mr H. W. S. Faulks. He is a gelding by Royal Chief from Tissue, by Paper Money from Fairwood, by Woodend from Fairform, by Boniform from Satisfaire, by Birkenhead from Content, by Dreadnought from Lullaby, by Apremont. Royal Script has been given plehty of time, and he looks as though he will 'develop into a good winner next season. He is trained by C. G. Humphries at Riccarton for Mr A. Pope.
