NO EASY WAY TO SLIMMING

Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON, May 13. There is no easy way to slimming says the British Medical Journal. The only way to slim is to cut down eating. An article in the journal states: “Restriction- of the calorie intake alone will reduce weight. The too solid flesh will melt only when its possessor submits to unbending discipline and exerts rigid control over his appetite. Obesity results from eating more than you need.”
