WOMEN'S CRICKET AT AUCKLAND PA AUCKLAND, Mar. 23. Bright cricket was again provided in the final day to-day of the women’s match, between Auckland and England at Eden Park, which resulted in a draw. In reply to Auckland's first innings score of 124, England, which had 150 on the board for the loss of three wickets, declared its innings closed at the luncheon adjournment yesterday with six wickets for 255. Facing a deficit of 131 to avoid an innings defeat. Auckland was all out for 165, five minutes before stumps. A feature of England’s display was another fine innings by J. Wilkinson, who carried her overnight score of 72 to 131.
