Smith, of Royal terrace, have returned from Wanaka. Mr and Mrs Garth Gallaway are back in town after a holiday spent at Wanaka. Mrs Rupert Worker, of Marton, is the guest of Mrs Donald Reid, of Maori Hill. Dr E F, D’Ath and Mrs D'Ath, of Mosgiel, returned on Friday from Queenstown. Mr and Mrs L. H. Jolly are at present on holiday in Dunedin, and are guests at the City Hotel. Dr Raymond Kirk and Mrs Kirk arrived home from Queenstown on Sunday evening. * Dr V. Harris and Mrs Harris, of Lawrence, have been spending a holiday in Timaru. Mr and Mrs M. F. O’Sullivan are back in town after spending a holiday in Nelson. Mr and Mrs R. H. Stevenson, of Alton avenue, returned on Saturday from Wanaka. Miss M. Newlands is the guest of Mr and Mrs Lester Moller at Alexandra. Miss J. Graham, of Edinburgh, is the guest of Mrs R. A. Ewing, of Maitland street. Mrs O. L. Garden and her small daughter are spending a holiday at Purakanui. Mr and Mrs H. E. Macandrew, of Sunshine, have returned from a holiday in Christchurch. Dr A. Perry and Mrs Perry, who spent a holiday in the Wanaka district, are back in town. Miss Mary Jolly returned on Saturday from a holiday spent at Wanaka and Christchurch. Mrs Beth Wakefield, accompanied by Miss Lonney Whitelaw, left on Monday for Cromwell, where they will be the guests of Mrs J. R. Peterson. Professor F. G. Soper and Mrs Soper, of Highgate, have returned from a holiday spent at Omarama and Makarora.
