REMUNERATION INCREASED
SOUTH BRITISH INSURANCE DIRECTORS p A . AUCKLAND, Oct. 28. A resolution increasing the remuneration of the directors of the South British Insurance Company, Ltd., to the sum of £7OOO a year was carried at the annual meeting of shareholders. There are seven directors including the chairman. Ml James Morton, formerly general manager of the company, has been appointed to the board following the retirement of Mr W. R. Wilson.
