VARIED PROSPECTS
WEEK-END FISHING The Mimihau and Wyndham Rivers are falling from their present high levels and should be satisfactory for week-end fishing, state telegraphic reports received yesterday by the Otago Acclimatisation Society. The Waipahi, Owaka, Shag and Catlins Rivers are in excellent order, but both the Mataura and Pomahaka Rivers are high and discoloured. Fly fishing is difficult on the Mahinerangi Dam, which is still rising.
