Magistrate’s Court

At a sitting of the Oamaru Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon before Mr J. D. Willis,' S.M., Peter Thompson was fined 10s (costs 12s) for driving without a warrant of fitness, and Mary Mclnerney was fined 10s (costs 12s) for a similar offence.

For driving with wrongly adjusted head lights, Richard Harrison Dorsey was fined 10s (costs 12s), and for driving with defective head lights, Alexander Maiharoa was fined £1 (costs 10s). John Peter Bran was fined £3 (costs 10s) for exceeding 30 miles an hour in a restricted area.
