CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINALS PLAYED The semi-finals of the Otago amateur billiards championship conducted by the Otago Billiards Association were played last night. Results:—A. Rudduck (a past title holder), defeated J. Kilpatrick 500—366, best breaks being Rudduck (39, 32. 26. 25, 25, 25, 23. 21. 20), and Kilpatrick (27. 21). The second game was very even up to about 340, when Proctor, in a skilful display made an 80 break, the final scores being C. Proctor (title holder), 500 and J. McLaughlin 397, best breaks being Proctor (80, 45, 27. 25, 25, 23, 23, 20). and McLaughlin (37, 28, 26. 25, 22). The final will commence to-night at 7.30, when A. Rudduck will play C. Proctor in the first session.
