“OFFENCE AND DEFENCE”

FIGHTER COMMAND EMBLEM Rec, 8 p.m. LONDON, June 7. The King has approved of a badge for Fighter Command. It will consist of a sword in front of a portcullis with the. motto “ Offence, defence.” The portcullis and background are in air force blue and the sword and lettering in gold. The badge is intended to indicate Fighter Command’s offensive and defensive rolls.
