TO-DAY’S RECIPE
COCONUT APPLE PUDDING 2 tablespoons wholemeal flour. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 tablespoons coconut. i teaspoon baking powder. Rub butter into dry ingredients, and spread on top of a pie dish full of partly-cooked apples. Bake in a moderate oven until brown.
