FREEZING WORKERS
MINIMUM WAGE ORDER NOT UPHELD p a WELLINGTON, May 21. ’a’ claim by the Labour Department that the minimum wage order of 1945 entitled freezing workers to a minimum wage of £6 in a week which included three unpaid holidays has not been upheld by the Arbitration Court in a judgment on appeal from the Magistrate’s Court.
