GRADE SNOOKER

WIN FOR D. NAPPER D Napper last night won the final of the qualifying grade snooker conducted by the Otago Amateur Billiards Association. He defeated J. M. Pettit, 3—l. The first round of the qualifying grade billiards was also begun, W. Love beating A Johnston 250—179. Best breaks were: Love, 42, 34; Johnston, 22, 21. The first round of the qualifying grade billiards will be continued on Monday at 7 p.m., when A. Ufland will play W. Donaldson. At 8.30 p.m. G. M. Linn will meet A. Keen.
