PROSPECT FOR FOXTON Special to the Daily Times WELLINGTON. May 20. The Foxton Racing Club will hold its winter meeting on Saturday when a large programme will be presented. Provision has been made for three divisions in the Trial Stakes, and two in the Poroutawhoa Hurdles and the Moutoa Hack Handicap. The sandy track at Foxton usually provides good going in the winter. Betting is win and place and the following horses will be in demand:— 11.0: Trial Stakes.—First division: Philemon. Silver Mascot. Second dicision: Lord Croupier, Jet Plane.
