West were yesterday re-appointed the Otago Education Boards representatives on the South Otago. High Schools’ Board. The Wellington harbourmaster and chief pilot, Captain P. S. Peterson, will retire at the end of this month after 30 years’ service with the Harbour Board. His successor will be Captain D. Todd.
